Who we are

PodReady is provided by SerOps SUARL (Société unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée), share capital 1,000 TND, registered in the Tunisian National Business Register (RNE) under unique identifier 1750909V, with its registered office at Ariana Center, Block C, Office C408, Avenue du 18 Janvier, 2080 Ariana Ville, Tunisia. Purchases are made from Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), 222 South Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, USA), our merchant of record, under its buyer terms, which you accept at checkout. These terms cover what we provide.

Products

Playbook: an AI-infrastructure interview playbook (40 questions with model answers, 3 incident walkthroughs, 3 laptop labs and a 7-day plan), delivered as a PDF.

Sprint (7 days) and Intensive (14 days): founding pre-orders of the PodReady practice platform, which opens on 15 November 2026. Both include the Playbook, delivered at once.

The free challenge on the site needs no account and no payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are one-time payments, with no subscription. The prices shown include VAT or sales tax where it applies.

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy in US dollars at the equivalent of the price shown. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fee. The charge appears on your statement as "LEMSQZY* PODREADY".

Founding prices apply to the first 50 Sprint and Intensive pre-orders.

Delivery and access

The Playbook is available as soon as payment is confirmed: your receipt email links to your order page, where you can download it.

The platform opens on 15 November 2026. We email Sprint and Intensive buyers the day before. Your 7 or 14 days start when you choose to begin, not when you pay. Unlimited mock interviews in the Intensive are subject to fair use.

Refunds and cancellation

The Playbook is digital content delivered at once, at your request. Its sale is final once delivered, except where the consumer law of your country gives you a right to cancel.

If the platform does not open on 15 November 2026, Sprint and Intensive are refunded in full.

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy. To ask for one, write to [email protected]. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

Your licence

The Playbook and platform content are for your personal use. You may not share, resell or publish them, in whole or in part.

What we do not promise

We train the skills that AI-platform job posts ask for. We do not promise the real interview questions of any company, an interview or a job offer.

Liability

We provide PodReady with care, but we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses beyond the amount you paid, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law, without taking away the protection that the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you. If you have a problem, write to us first: most issues are solved by email.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the day you buy.
